Training for your teams

Corporate AI training in Switzerland, on your teams' real cases

Djtal trains your teams to work with AI in four steps: a training needs analysis, tailored course materials, sessions built around your teams' day-to-day tasks and post-training coaching from a block of hours. A half-day in-house session costs CHF 1,490, for 8 to 10 participants at most, at your premises.

In brief

How do you train your teams to use AI on real work?

Djtal, the operational AI specialist for Swiss companies, runs corporate AI training in four steps. A training needs analysis (CHF 600) and tailored course materials (CHF 600) prepare half-day in-house sessions on your cases (CHF 1,490, 8–10 participants), then coaching from a block of hours. All of this is delivered by a practitioner who runs 25 AI agents in production.

The trainer

Trained by people who run AI agents in production.

We have built and run 25 AI agents in production (as of 10 September 2026): our in-house team of nine named agents, instances deployed for our clients and specialised agents. Your teams learn from a practitioner who uses these tools every day and knows both what they do well and where their limits lie.

A qualified teacher

A teaching diploma and training in adult education shape every course. Each module is built so that the skill sticks, and every level follows its own path.

Working with AI since 1995

The trainer has worked with neural networks since 1995 and wrote a Master's thesis at CERN, so what goes on under the bonnet of the tools gets explained in plain terms.

30 years of leadership

Thirty years in IT and in running companies keep the training focused on your P&L and your processes.

AI agents in production

With 25 AI agents built and run (as of 10 September 2026), the course content comes from what runs in production, at Djtal and for its clients.

Your trainer is Laurent Cuénoud, founder of Djtal.

Skills come first
in any successful AI project.

Corporate AI training is a programme that teaches a company's employees to use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot on their own documents and processes. A Swiss study ranks a lack of in-house skills as the biggest barrier to AI projects in business (Swiss Data & AI Observatory, by Oracle, Colombus Consulting and the HEG school of management, 2025). The tools are within reach and the licences affordable. What each team lacks is the ability to use them on its everyday tasks.

It comes down to practice in context. Training built around your teams' day-to-day tasks creates habits that outlast the session, because your teams practise on the very files they will reopen the next morning.

01

Your processes as course material

Every exercise starts from a situation in your company, such as a customer email to deal with, a proposal to write or a spreadsheet to analyse. Your employees leave with habits they can put to use the following morning.

02

Djtal's coaching method, applied to a group

Our method favours coaching. People learn by doing, on their own tasks, with a practitioner beside them. Djtal's training applies that principle to a group, with guided practice at the centre of every session.

03

Follow-up that lasts beyond the session

The course materials stay with your teams. After the session, coaching comes from a block of hours that you use as needs arise, for questions, sticking points and keeping working methods up to date.

The approach

Four steps take you from needs analysis to coaching.

  1. 1
    Fixed fee · CHF 600

    Training needs analysis

    • We meet your management and send participants a skills assessment questionnaire.
    • We group participants by level and tailor the programme to each profile.
    • You receive a tailored training plan and a timetable that fits around your business.
  2. 2
    Fixed fee · CHF 600

    Tailored course materials

    • We write materials for your participants, based on the agreed training plan.
    • The exercises draw on tasks your teams handle every day.
    • Each participant receives a copy and, at the end of the programme, the library of techniques and prompts.
  3. 3
    Half a day · CHF 1,490

    Training sessions

    • Three hours of teaching at your premises, with a break. Theory is kept to the essentials, and practice draws on tasks your teams handle every day.
    • With 8 to 10 participants at most, everyone practises from the first exercise to the last.
    • Participants bring examples from their own work, which we collect three days before the session.
  4. 4
Block of hours · CHF 200/hour

    Post-training coaching

    • A pre-paid block of hours, valid for 12 months, that you draw on as needs arise.
    • One-to-one video sessions cover questions, sticking points and everyday use.
    • Working methods are updated as the tools change.

Everything is fixed-price, so you know the budget in advance. The needs analysis, the course materials and the sessions are billed at the amounts shown, with no hourly billing. You can postpone a session free of charge up to 5 working days before the planned date. If you want to train several teams or several levels, the full programme is quoted as a single fixed price and scheduled around your business.

Frequently asked questions

How much does corporate AI training cost in Switzerland?

At Djtal, a half-day in-house session costs CHF 1,490 excluding VAT, for 3 hours of teaching with a break, 8 to 10 participants at most and preparation included. The training needs analysis (CHF 600) and the tailored course materials (CHF 600) come beforehand, each at a fixed fee. Per participant, a session works out at around CHF 150 to 190. Programmes of several sessions are quoted as a single fixed price, so the budget is known in advance.

What happens after the training?

After a Djtal training session, the course materials and the library of techniques and prompts stay with your teams. Djtal then offers post-training coaching from a pre-paid block of hours at CHF 200 an hour, valid for 12 months. Your employees book one-to-one video sessions for their questions and their everyday use of AI, and you use the hours as your needs dictate.

Do we need AI licences before the training?

The licences for the tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or any other) are bought separately from the provider. Djtal helps you choose the right plan and set the licences up before the first session. The training then takes place on your teams' own accounts, in your environment.

How is this different from an off-the-shelf AI course?

An off-the-shelf course teaches a tool to participants from different companies, using generic examples. Djtal's training is built around your context, with an analysis of your needs, a plan specific to your company and exercises based on your own documents and processes. Your teams learn to use AI in their own work, with their own tools.

Do you offer ChatGPT training for employees?

Djtal teaches the tools your teams use or are about to use: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini or Zia (Zoho's AI), to suit your environment. The training ranges from everyday use (talking to AI, producing a deliverable with it) to advanced use (automated routines), depending on the participants' level.

Our employees are at very different levels. How do you handle that?

Djtal's training plan groups employees by level and gives each group its own course. Beginners lay the foundations, while advanced users tackle more complex cases. Everyone progresses from their own starting point.

Can the training follow an AI roll-out?

Yes. Djtal recommends that order. Its AI integration service sets the tools up for the first use cases; the training then deepens each team's skills on those tools. The two services fit together, because the training plan builds on tools already configured for your company.

A first session for one team, or a full programme for the whole company.

If you want to equip your teams first, AI integration for your company sets them up. If you are an executive and want to upskill yourself, executive AI coaching is designed for you.
