AI integration for your Swiss company: rolling out ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot

Djtal, the operational AI specialist for Swiss companies, rolls out AI across your company. We choose the providers with you (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Zia), settle on the licensing model and handle the configuration. Then we onboard your teams and build the first use cases into the tools you already use. The pack takes five days and starts at CHF 7,200.

In brief

How do you roll out AI across a whole company?

AI integration in Switzerland means rolling AI out to every team, beyond individual accounts. Djtal, the operational AI specialist for Swiss companies, chooses providers (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Zia), sets licences, onboards teams and builds first use cases. The 5-day pack starts at CHF 7,200, works on your data and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Your teams already use AI.
The challenge is to turn it into a company-wide asset.

In 2025, 34% of Swiss SMEs were using AI, up from 22% a year earlier (AXA/Sotomo study, 2025). In most cases, each employee uses it alone, with their own account, habits and prompts. The appetite is there. The framework rarely is.

The same study reveals the blind spot: 66% of these companies have no rules on how data may be used in AI tools. What information may an employee hand over to a consumer AI tool? With what safeguards? The answer should be written down, and writing it down is how a company regains control of ‘shadow AI’, the AI use that spreads outside any framework.

The stakes go beyond compliance. Microsoft's research attributes 67% of AI's impact on a company to organisational factors (shared tools, processes, rules), compared with 32% for employees' individual proficiency (Work Trend Index 2026). Individual use soon reaches a ceiling. Organisation is what sets one company apart from another.

The pack puts a framework around everyday AI use, with business-grade licences, protected data, rules that comply with the Swiss FADP and use cases that pay off for the whole team.

The AI integration pack

Five days to move from individual accounts to company-wide AI.

  1. 01

    Choosing providers and licences

We compare ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini and Zia against the criteria that matter to you (your line of business, the tools in place, confidentiality, budget) and select the best licensing model for the company and its employees.

  2. 02

    Configuration and provisioning

We set up accounts, workspaces, access rights and privacy settings, including the opt-out that stops your data being used to train models. Your teams receive a ready-to-use environment, configured to your rules.

  3. 03

    Guided onboarding

Your employees learn to use the tools on their own tasks, in short sessions held team by team. The aim is for the tools to become part of everyday work within the first few weeks.

  4. 04

First use cases across the four Djtal levels

We build the first practical use cases with you, placed on our Chat → Coworking → Routines → Code scale, where Coworking means working on a deliverable together with AI. Each level you reach widens what AI produces for you.

  5. 05

Integration with the tools you already use

AI is connected where your teams already work: email, documents, ERP (enterprise resource planning) and CRM (customer relationship management) systems. It runs with no migration and no new ecosystem imposed on you.

The Djtal scale

Four levels of use: Chat, Coworking, Routines, Code.

The Djtal scale is a teaching framework that builds up your teams' use of AI one step at a time. We start where you are and move up at the pace your results justify.

01

Chat

Talking to AI for questions, research, drafting and summaries. This is everyday individual use, built on sound foundations: business-grade licences, protected data and clear usage rules.

02

Coworking

Co-producing with AI. An employee and the AI build a deliverable side by side (an analysis report, a PowerPoint presentation, a sales proposal), with the company's context to hand.

03

Routines

Handing recurring tasks to AI, such as sorting, categorising, data enrichment and periodic reports. AI does the work, and your teams supervise and approve it.

04

Code

Building with AI: scripts, integrations, automations and business applications. This level opens the way to custom applications and AI agents.

Several providers, known from first-hand experience.

We recommend a provider based on your environment, your use cases and our own daily work with each platform. Our nine in-house agents run on Claude; ChatGPT and Zia are part of our everyday work. We have been an Authorized Zoho Partner since 2017. We have delivered a client project on Gemini and roll out Copilot in Microsoft 365 environments.

That experience pays off when the time comes to choose. We compare tools we work with ourselves against measurable criteria: capabilities, integration with your software, data confidentiality and cost per employee.

Frequently asked questions

How much does AI integration cost in Switzerland?

Djtal's AI integration pack starts at CHF 7,200 excl. VAT for five days (40 hours) of Djtal's time, covering the choice of providers, licences, configuration, team onboarding and the first use cases. The quote is adjusted to your headcount and the number of tools. Beyond the pack, support continues on a time-and-materials basis at CHF 180 an hour.

What is the difference between ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and Gemini for a business?

Each provider has its strengths. Copilot is built natively into Microsoft 365 and Gemini into Google Workspace, ChatGPT offers the broadest ecosystem, Claude excels at long tasks and agentic work, and Zia is built natively into Zoho. The right choice depends on the tools you already use, your confidentiality requirements and your use cases. Djtal settles that question with you in the first phase of its AI integration pack.

Does every employee need an AI licence?

Not usually, at least at first. Djtal sizes licences by usage profile: some employees need a full licence, others shared access or a tool built into their line-of-business software. The right licensing model is based on actual use, and it is one of the most direct ways to save money on the project.

Our teams already use ChatGPT on their own. Where do we start?

That is the most common starting point. Your teams already want these tools. Djtal's AI integration pack puts this use on a proper footing: business-grade licences, written rules on how data may be used, compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and shared use cases that benefit the whole team.

Is our data protected?

Yes, provided the tools are set up to protect it. Djtal includes this in its AI integration pack: business-grade licences with a clause that keeps your data out of model training, verified privacy settings and a written usage policy that complies with the Swiss FADP.

Can you deploy Claude for business in Switzerland?

Yes. Djtal deploys Claude for Swiss organisations, with business-grade licences, privacy settings that keep your data out of model training, team-by-team onboarding and the first use cases. It runs its own nine in-house agents on Claude every day and configures its Claude deployments in compliance with the Swiss FADP.

Do you work with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zoho?

All three. Djtal has been an Authorized Zoho Partner since 2017, rolls out Copilot in Microsoft 365 environments and Gemini in Google Workspace, and has delivered a client project on Gemini. Its recommendation is based on your environment.

Your teams can be working with company-wide AI as early as next month.

We go through the AI tools your teams already use, your constraints and your priorities, then tell you whether the 5-day pack fits. The decision stays yours. If you want a full assessment first, start with the AI strategy audit.
