A unified Zoho ecosystem for 100,000 contacts and 50 dynamic pages.
Djtal overhauled the whole ecosystem for FRC. The work covered the Zoho One configuration, the migration and clean-up of around 100,000 contacts, companies and deals, a complete data integration between the website, the member area, the CRM, support and accounting, custom APIs, and four applications built with Zoho Creator and Catalyst.
They include a search engine for the member service and an application that manages comparative product tests, built into the professional website. It is a cornerstone of FRC's work, and its smoothness and readability have impressed site visitors. Around fifty pages of the website are now driven by dynamic Creator forms, membership renewals are automated and the data is enriched by AI.

OLF
Book distribution and publishing
A secure B2B portal and AI-assisted customer support.
For OLF, a book distributor in Switzerland, Djtal configured the Zoho ecosystem, imported the data and set up a dynamic integration between the website, Creator, the CRM and Desk.
The core of the project is a customised, secure B2B client portal, complemented by a Creator application that extends the CRM and Desk features for customer service, with tickets automatically pre-analysed and categorised with the help of AI.

Tracking the life cycle of high-temperature probes exported worldwide.
Econox designs and sells high-temperature probes that are exported worldwide. Each probe is tracked throughout its life cycle. Djtal developed two Creator applications that integrate the data flow between the website, the CRM and the accounts in Zoho Books, complemented by custom dashboards and management screens, and a bespoke client interface.

Humanitarian NGO
A custom application to follow each child's care, from transport to hospital.
Terre des hommes takes in children who need medical treatment and intensive follow-up involving several stakeholders, internal and external. The organisation needed one shared digital tool. Djtal designed a custom Zoho Creator application that centralises everything. It holds each child's case file and medical and social follow-up, manages volunteers and organises transport to hospitals (a complex daily activity). It also gives external parties secure access to the data and stores large volumes of documents and photos.
It offers multi-criteria search, automation of the key processes, activity statistics and close follow-up of each case, all in one interface designed for staff in the field.
Arcus Legal

A complete, collaborative Zoho One set-up, configured for each member of staff.
For Arcus Legal, Djtal deployed Zoho One with a configuration personalised for each member of staff, designed for the daily routine of a law firm. It covers client tracking, project management, time entry, activity reports and collaborative document management that works even offline.
Since 2017, Djtal has also worked with about fifteen other organisations in French-speaking Switzerland, including Abilene Advisors, Africa Container Shipping, Botte Secrète, Canal 9, Dolce Vista, FMV, Ganydar, Gastro Neuchâtel, Les Bottés Toqués, LG Business, Maurice Tornay, Mod-Elle, Qlassify and Swibeco.
