CRM
Djtal is a CRM consulting firm in French-speaking Switzerland, with 30 years of field experience, from large groups to local businesses. Authorized Zoho Partner since 2017. Our role starts before you choose the tool.
In brief
Djtal, the operational AI specialist for Swiss companies, advises on and integrates CRM systems in French-speaking Switzerland, with 30 years in the field. An Authorized Zoho Partner since 2017, we still sometimes recommend something else: the tool that fits your context (Zoho, Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot or Odoo). We then see the implementation through to adoption by your teams.
Why a CRM
A company of 20 to 250 employees now manages hundreds of prospects, dozens of inbound channels and long sales cycles. Without a CRM, information sits in mailboxes, Excel files and salespeople's heads.
Properly implemented, a CRM turns that information into a company asset you can steer. Management uses it to read the order book, customer service reads the history and marketing reads the effect of its campaigns.
And AI widens what a CRM can do. Djtal connects AI agents to your existing CRM (lead qualification, ticket pre-analysis, drafted replies, captured knowledge), whichever vendor supplies it. This is our AI approach applied to your customer relationships.
Four functions, one platform
CRM
Covers the opportunity pipeline, forecasts, deal tracking and sales productivity.
Handles lead qualification, multichannel campaigns, attribution and behavioural scoring.
Brings together the helpdesk, SLAs, knowledge base, satisfaction and tickets pre-analysed by AI.
Runs the business by the numbers, with dashboards and an order-book forecast.
30 years of CRM seen from the inside
Each generation brought its own promise (centralisation, the cloud, automation, AI) and each left the fundamental question untouched: who does what, when, and with which data? That is the question we address first.
1990s
Excel VBA, FileMaker, Access
The era of the CRM improvised on office tools. Customised, but fragile.
2000s
Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
The cloud arrives. Costs are high. Reserved for large companies or ambitious businesses.
2010s
Zoho, Odoo, HubSpot
Democratisation. Open source, inbound marketing and affordable integrated suites shake up the market.
2020s
Generative AI and AI agents
AI enters the CRM. Pre-analysis, scoring, automation of repetitive tasks, drafted replies and captured knowledge. The cost-to-coverage equation flips, and smaller companies can at last afford tools once reserved for large groups.
Which CRM to choose
Five vendors, five profiles. We sell implementation only, so your choice of vendor leaves our invoice unchanged. For a full side-by-side comparison of ERP and CRM platforms, see our platform comparison page.
Salesforce
For large groups with a dedicated IT team, a high budget and advanced functional requirements. The market benchmark, but costly to run for mid-sized companies.
HubSpot
For marketing-led organisations with an inbound model and fast growth. A marketing automation platform with a built-in CRM. Moving up to the premium tiers can become expensive.
Microsoft Dynamics
For Microsoft 365-centric environments, deep ERP integration and Power Platform. Suited to organisations that already live in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Odoo
For industrial companies looking for an integrated open-source CRM and ERP suite. Its strengths are ownership of the code and deep integration across business functions.
Zoho (our default recommendation)
For Swiss companies of 20 to 250 employees that want full functional coverage, controlled costs, Zia (Zoho's AI) included and the freedom to configure it yourselves. A documented cost-to-coverage ratio for companies of this size.
Our default recommendation
Zoho CRM offers one of the best ratios of functional coverage to total cost documented for companies of 20 to 250 employees. Its extended suite (Zoho One) covers CRM, marketing, service, BI, HR and finance, which helps when you want to avoid a sprawl of tools.
