AI platforms
Relying on a single provider for all your AI needs means taking on its strengths and its limits alike. Djtal orchestrates several models so that each task goes to the AI that handles it best. Our communications agent already splits its work between Claude and DALL·E (example below).
In brief
Each AI model has its strengths and limits. Djtal, operational AI for Swiss companies, sets up the connectors between the models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and Zoho's own AI, Zia). Each task goes to the right model, in one workflow, inside the tools you already use. You get the strengths of each AI without having to live with its limits.
A multi-model approach
Extended reasoning and operational agents. Our in-house agents run on Claude.
Content and image generation, equally at home with text and visuals. We use it every day in our own work.
Multimodal and anchored in the Google ecosystem (Workspace, Search), it handles very large document contexts.
It delivers strong performance for its cost on high-volume workloads, and is the open-weight option in our line-up.
Zoho's native AI is built directly into your ERP or CRM (OCR, prediction, classification), so there is no external tool to connect.
An example from our own work
Iris, our communications agent, writes a piece of content with Claude, chosen for the finesse of its prose. She then directs DALL·E (OpenAI) to produce a diagram or illustration in line with our visual guidelines, checks the result and brings text and image together into one coherent deliverable, ready to publish. Two AIs, each doing what it does best, in a single workflow. The same set-up extends to more elaborate scenarios.
The right AI for each job
Bring two or three use cases you have in mind. We'll tell you which model suits each one, where your data will live and what it will cost a month.
