In brief
Djtal, the operational AI specialist for Swiss companies, offers AI consulting from two starting points. We connect AI to your existing ERP or CRM (for example Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce), or deploy it independently of any platform for audits, coaching, agents and custom development. You start with or without an ERP, with metrics set before day one.
Why now
AI is the fourth major wave of technology we have seen come through. Agentic AI is the shift from an assistant that answers to an agent that acts. It is happening now. Gartner (June 2025) predicts that over 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027, and the next two years will separate the companies that keep their agents in production from the rest.

Generative AI arrived at the end of 2022. Now, in 2026, it is built into every business tool, with Zia in Zoho One, Copilot in Microsoft 365 and Gemini in Google's tools. What used to be an occasional assistant is turning into a colleague that prepares work, makes suggestions and sends alerts.

Two years ago, analysing a document, searching a database, writing a summary or categorising records took hours of staff time. Today, each of these tasks costs a few cents per AI run. For hundreds of business use cases, the cost-benefit equation has flipped.

AI takes on tasks; the roles stay with your teams. In our deployments, we identify the tasks that are repetitive, time-consuming or low-value, then hand them over to AI. Your teams keep customer relationships, decision-making, judgement and expertise.

It does. That is why every AI system we deploy is confined to a specific domain and connected to your real data, with human approval for any sensitive output. This is AI applied to your processes, guardrails included.

We prefer to host sensitive components in Europe. The AI models are covered by a no-reuse clause, so no public model is ever trained on your data. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any engagement, and compliance with the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) is built in.
