Djtal

E-commerce

E-commerce connected to your CRM and accounting, in French-speaking Switzerland

An online shop that works with your CRM, accounting, stock, campaigns and surveys, so that every order flows through end to end and is entered only once. We choose the platform that suits your business, whether Zoho Commerce, Shopify or WooCommerce.

In brief

Why connect an online shop to your ERP and CRM?

E-commerce integration connects an online shop to your ERP, CRM, accounting and stock so that each order is entered once. Djtal, the operational AI specialist for Swiss companies, does this on Zoho Commerce, Shopify or WooCommerce, so orders, customers and stock move automatically through a single system.

Three platforms we work with · one shop running in production

  • Zoho Commerce

    Shop in production

  • Shopify

    Client projects delivered

  • WooCommerce

    Client projects delivered

  • Les Huiles de Jil

Full-scope client · shop in production

What sets us apart

E-commerce built into the business.

We hand over a shop connected to your existing tools. The shop feeds the CRM, accounting, stock, campaigns and analytics, and each of them feeds the shop in return. The data exists once, from basket to accounts.

  • Shop ↔ CRM

Unified customer profiles, fine-grained segmentation and qualified leads. Every order enriches the customer record, so sales and marketing work from the same picture.

  • Shop ↔ Accounting

Invoicing, payments and accounting reconciliation with no duplicate data entry. The books follow the shop continuously, and Swiss VAT at 8.1% is handled natively.

  • Shop ↔ Inventory

Stock levels kept consistent in real time, multi-site management, variants, composite items and barcodes. The stock shown online is the stock that leaves the warehouse.

  • Shop ↔ Satisfaction surveys

Automated post-purchase surveys, NPS measurement and customer comments fed straight into the customer profile.

  • Shop ↔ Email marketing and newsletters

Segmented email campaigns, follow-up sequences and dynamic coupons generated on the fly, all triggered by buying behaviour.

  • Shop ↔ Dashboards and indicators

Consolidated business indicators, performance tracking, behaviour analysis and forecasts. Your commercial decisions rest on one set of figures.

On the Les Huiles de Jil shop, an order updates stock and accounting without anyone re-keying a thing.

Platforms we work with

Which platform, and why.

We deploy all three and have no commercial preference. The choice depends on your business and the tools you already run.

  • Zoho Commerce

We run the Les Huiles de Jil shop on it in production, integrated with the full Zoho One suite, and we work directly with the Zoho Commerce team.

  • Shopify

Delivered on client projects. Its strengths are front-end work, a large catalogue of third-party apps and internationalisation.

  • WooCommerce

Delivered on client projects. The right choice when the WordPress site already exists and you want to keep control of every detail.

Choosing the platform is the first strategic decision of the project. We make it together, based on business criteria.

Scope of our projects

From the product page to consolidated reporting.

Featured case study

Les Huiles de Jil: a shop run by Djtal across its full scope.

Les Huiles de Jil is an e-commerce shop in French-speaking Switzerland whose entire ecosystem we run: shop, CRM, accounting, inventory, email marketing, reporting and AI agents. The shop is linked to Djtal through its founder, which lets us prove each component in production.

On this shop we have put Zoho Commerce through its paces, working directly with the Zoho team (sales and back end). It is also where our first AI agents in production for e-commerce run. They enrich content, product descriptions and SEO metadata.

What runs in production

  • Zoho Commerce catalogue in production, with variants and composite products.
  • Customer portal live, with order tracking built in.
  • Full Google suite configured (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, My Business).
  • Dynamic coupons generated by campaign.
  • First AI agents in production on the shop, which enrich content, descriptions and SEO metadata.
  • Native integrations with Books (accounting) and Inventory (stock).

Running the shop every day shows us what each integration costs in time, where it can break and where users get stuck.

Pricing and model

CHF 160/hour

excl. VAT · CHF 1,280/day · 8.1% Swiss VAT added

  • Initial e-commerce audit · CHF 800 excl. VAT (4 hours = half a day). It scopes the project and qualifies the target platform and the priorities. A tailored quote follows.
  • Capped time and materials. The budget framework is set up front, hours used are billed, and you get reporting and regular check-ins.
  • Agile method, with regular deliverables, adjustments along the way and new ideas encouraged within the budget framework.
  • We co-design the project with the heads of the relevant departments from the start, so that your team takes ownership as it goes and learns by doing.
  • Post go-live support comes as a block of hours you draw on, and you pay only for the hours you use.

Frequently asked questions

Which platform should we choose: Zoho Commerce, Shopify or WooCommerce?

It depends on your technical environment and your priorities. If you already work in Zoho (CRM, Books, Inventory), Zoho Commerce integrates natively, with no connectors to build. If you need a sophisticated storefront or have an international requirement, Shopify is often the right answer. If your WordPress site already exists and runs well, WooCommerce remains a sound choice. Djtal spends 30 minutes talking it through with you and recommends the platform that fits your business.

Why is an e-commerce shop integrated with the ERP better than a standalone shop?

A standalone shop creates silos. You enter each sale once in the shop, once in accounting, once in the CRM and once in stock. Every entry is a chance for an error, lost time and figures that drift apart. When the shop is connected to your ERP, the data travels once and feeds every system. The shop then gives you figures you can steer by.

How long does it take to launch an online shop?

Launching an online shop takes from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the scope. A simple Zoho Commerce shop with a catalogue, payment and accounting integration can be online in four to six weeks. A project with a full ERP, a B2B portal, carrier integrations and the migration of an existing catalogue takes longer. Djtal gives you a costed range after an initial conversation.

Can you take on a shop that already exists?

Yes, Djtal can take over an existing shop. It audits the current shop, identifies the friction points and draws up a plan to fix them. We can optimise what works, connect what is missing (CRM, accounting, stock), rework the SEO, or migrate to another platform when that makes sense.

Do you work with marketplaces?

Yes, on request. Djtal's priority remains your own shop, where the brand and the margin are built. Marketplaces (Galaxus, Amazon and others) are complementary channels that we can connect to your main shop to synchronise catalogue and stock.

What about the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) in e-commerce?

Djtal relies on European hosting for the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho's European data centres), compliant with the GDPR and the Swiss FADP. We configure cookie consent, manage customer data and handle erasure requests. Compliance is part of the scope we deliver.
