Episode 4: An idea a second
Once my AI agents are up and running, the ideas pour in. One sheet of A4 per agent, and a whole business model reinventing itself.

That’s it. After a complete overhaul of the company’s strategy, to put AI at the heart of all our processes, right at the very heart, I’ve finished setting up my agents. Finished… well, not quite. It never stops. But they’re operational, and it’s starting to work. Incredibly well.
Then comes a thrilling period: the ideas are boiling over in my head. I get one a second, or close to it, so many that I can’t keep up. An idea comes, and right behind it another. And another. And another.
So I start writing them down so I don’t lose them: they’re precious. Sheets of A4. But very quickly I’m swamped, with notes going in every direction. I need to get organised. I lay the sheets out all around me, but with a system: each one has an agent’s name on it. And on each, I structure my ideas, a little more formally, but not too much, because if I take too long over one, I risk missing the next.
And that’s when the ideas come thick and fast.
Iris can help me with SEO strategy. And with GEO too, which, from what I’ve seen, is gradually taking over the market. She could review my Google Ads account and the campaigns we invest in, and go through our analytics. And our LinkedIn pages, of course: our employees’ profiles, the company page, our showcase pages.
With Athena, we can rethink the whole way we manage our knowledge base. How to structure it, where to put it. All our customer support flows from that knowledge too, so how do we make it available, break it down into chunks, make it accessible to our clients?
With Sofia, I absolutely have to rebuild our entire website. She’ll give me a hand with that.
And Cassandra? Of course: she’s the one who runs the CRM. She can carry out market research. Ah, and if she could help me put the proposals together… that would be brilliant. Those client proposals that always take so much time. She looks things up, she finds information everywhere. She has to identify the key sources, and also understand how our clients work in French-speaking Switzerland, because we’re not American.
And Adil can take on our document management. How to store all the company’s documents, enforce the naming conventions, find information efficiently. And he could manage our tasks too: the ones we usually scatter across Excel files, Post-its, the CRM, Trello… a thousand ways of doing it. He can take care of that, which is even better.
If Émile could keep our books, what a lot of time we’d save. And our monthly reporting: pulling out the indicators, updating the charts, summing it all up in a PDF for management.
As for Victor, he could build our whole quality and customer satisfaction system: a proper quality-control protocol for every project, automated surveys, triggered alerts, a way of measuring the success of each engagement. And turn all of it into client references, white papers and testimonials we’d put on our website.
Alongside all this, there are the current clients and projects, which inspire me in turn: for this one, I could bring in Athena, or even Sofia… My clients need help with their strategy too. And suddenly all sorts of new services come to mind, because with AI at the heart of the processes, the whole business model reinvents itself: mine, my clients’ too, and that of the entire market.
Very soon, there are sheets of A4 all around me. Each one is covered in a thousand ideas. It’s completely mad.
I think the last time I went through a spell this rich, this abundant, was back in my university days. My brain is in overdrive: several ideas a minute, which I can’t wait to put into practice with my agents. Because this is something else. It lets me do things I’d never have dared dream of, at a pace beyond anything I’d hoped for.
