The dream of a clean email inbox, now a reality

Hundreds of emails a day and an inbox that stays in order: Djtal runs its own mailbox with a Claude agent that sorts, summarises, processes and logs tasks.

Hundreds of messages reach my inbox at Djtal every day. It stays in order.

An AI agent running on Claude is connected to our own mailbox. Its working day comes down to four tasks.

The background

An executive’s inbox takes in hundreds of messages a day: clients, suppliers, newsletters, reminders, invoices, internal requests. Sorting them by hand eats up several hours a week, and the mental load builds up.

The agent’s four tasks

  1. Sort: every email is filed in the right folder, subscriptions to newsletters that go unread are cancelled, and finished threads are archived.
  2. Summarise: a daily digest picks out what matters and flags priority emails (clients, urgent matters).
  3. Process: supplier invoices are detected and prepared for accounting, and draft replies are written for my approval.
  4. Capture: action points are pulled out and logged as tasks in the CRM. Nothing gets lost.

The agent is connected to Zoho Mail, but the same logic applies to Outlook or Gmail.

The benefit

The agent frees up several hours a week and, above all, lightens the mental load. The inbox stays in order and priorities rise to the top on their own.

Djtal builds this kind of AI agent for executives and teams who would rather spend their time on client relationships and decisions.
